Purna Vidya (A vision of Hindu Dharma)
This is an abridged version of Purna Vidya (Vedic Heritage Teaching Program for Children, a twelve year teaching program designed to teach children the essentials of Hindu Dharma and Cultural Traditions.
The portions of the teaching program on Panchatantra, Itihasas and Puranas are not included in this abridged version. Other material designed to help teach children such as exercises, games, puzzles, and art work and so on are also excluded. The teaching guidelines and detailed lesson course are also not included.
Essential topics such as Values, Isvara, Religious Disciplines, Hindu Samskaras, The eighteen fold Vedic knowledge comprising of Vedas, Vedangas, Upavedas, Upangas and other Vedic literature and many other topics are included in the book.
